Q: How much do your SatNav systems cost to hire? |
A: Our systems cost £39* per week and £6* for additional days. An example of hire costs are as follows. 2 weeks hire costs 2 x the weekly rate £78. 9 days hire would be calculated 1 x weekly rate + 2 x daily rate £51. |

Q: Do you have a minimum rental period? |
A: Yes, 1 week. |

Q: I live outside the UK, can I still hire from you? |
A: At present we are only shipping within the UK. Please check back soon for European distribution. |

Q: When do you send the SatNav systems? |
A: If you make a reservation your SatNav will be sent to you 48hours before you depart the UK. |

Q: When do I have to send the SatNav back?
|
A: The SatNav system must be sent back to RentaSatNav within 48 hours upon your return to the UK. |

Q: How do I return the SatNav? |
A: RentaSatNav will provide prepaid postage facilities and complete instruction for return of the systems. |

Q: Do I have to set up the system? |
A: No, the systems work straight out of the box. |

Q: Do you provide a user manual? |
A: Yes, full instructions on how to operate and plan your journeys will be provided. |

Q: What happens if I find a cheaper price? |
A: If you find a cheaper price before you book we will do all we can to ensure that our prices remain competitive. If you have found a cheaper price please email us at info@rentasatnav.com. Please Note: Price promise is only available for new hire's. We are unable to adjust the price after a hire has been placed. |

Q: How do I pay? |
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch maestro, Visa Debit and Cheque. Please not that if you pay by cheque we will need cleared funds before we distribute the SatNav so allow extra delivery time. |

Q: Do I pay all at once for my hire? |
A: Depending on when you book. We usually take a £50 deposit to secure your hire and then take the balance 1 week before your hire is due to commence. |

Q: What happens if I cancel? |
A:We will levy a charge for cancellation of any booking you are unable to honor prior to your collection date. Unless cancelled within the first 48 hours of booking (cooling off period).
Cancellations charges are as follows. 7+ days = £25.00, 7-3 days = 50%, 2-0 days = 100%
No refunds will be given for rentals ended early or cancellations made after the rental start date.All cancellations must be made in writing, emailed to info@rentasatnav.com and will take effect from the date received by us.
